You may book an appointment on behalf of another only if you are a parent, legal guardian/representative of the person or have received their permission to do so.
Can I book multiple service types for same day appointments?
In some instances, yes. We however strongly recommend that you contact us first to discuss your best alternatives. You may sometimes save money on bulk same day service appointments but we cannot do anything about appointments you have already booked.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
You may reschedule your appointment with sufficient notice (minimum 24 hours to your original appointment). Contact us if you need to reschedule your appointment.
How do I pay for your services?
We acept all major credit cards as well as Google and Apple pay. Please see Payments for more details.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance for our services. However, the testing by the laboratory is usually covered by your insurance and is processed separately by the testing laboratory. Our fee only covers the collection of specimens, processing and laboratory drop off.
Depending on your insurance, you may be eligible for reimbursement for payment of our services. This varies by insurance and based on eligibility. Please contact your insurance if you have questions. We have no control or say in this but should you qualify for reimbursement, we are willing to provide you with receipts or other necessary documents (within our capability) required to claim reimbursement from your insurance.
