Payments

We use the following payment processors: "Stripe" and "Square" to process payments made to us online as well as offline payments. Please review Stripe's policies here and Square's policies here.

Payment methods

All major credit cards are accepted including Apple and Google pay.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all appointments booked on this site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in US dollars.  

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your appointment bookings and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon booking your appointment. If you request advance or recurring appointments (eg. weekly, monthly, etc), then you are subject to recurring charges and you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable booking. Please note: price changes may occur at any time in the future and each booking will always be charged at current pricing, not the price when you first requested a recurring appointment. We will however always inform you in advance of your next appointment payment when there has been a change in price. In the event we fail to do so and charge you at a new price with no notice, please contact us and we will refund the difference.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We reserve the right to refuse any bookings made on this Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include bookings placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or the same billing address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit bookings that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed in duplication to hold multiple slots for mere convenience, uncertainty and indecisiveness or any other unjustified reasons. If you are uncertain or having difficulty finding a time that works with your schedule, or other limiting circumstances, please contact us instead and we will do our best to help you. Please refrain from booking multiple slots with the intention of canceling unneeded ones later. We will not refund any of such cancellations. Again, please contact us instead. We are here to help!
